Dipati. From Romansa 9 Penyihir Akhir Zaman (R9PAZ) [link]
Working under the SCHOLARs, Yamadipati was once a ruthless assassin that would kill anyone for money, or even simply for enjoyment. His life changed after being betrayed bi his partner, his only friend Kosasih. Kosasih's betrayal nearly killed Dipati. His was so badly injured that almost all of his body has to be replaced with prosthetic limbs, now the only human limbs in his body is his head and his spine. The prosthetic body cost him everything, he can no longer eat, drink, sleep, or even feel pain, his blood is now jet-black, an artificial blood made to keep his brains alive. However on the other side, his prosthetic limbs awakens the magic of The Void, one of 9 Gurdali's magical powers. Now Dipati lives only for 2 purposes. One is to find the sorcerers of light and darkness, to bring his body back to its original human state. The other is to make revenge to Kosasih. The Void. By itself, the Void has no powers whatsoever, but the user of The Void has the ability to absorb power of his opponents and memorize their movements only by looking at them or touching them. The Void also the enables Dipati to control the sword and chain of Pancanaka, a weapon that changes form depending of what powers he absorbed. When i first wrote R9PAZ two years ago, I was crazy with the early NES versions of Rockman (Rockman 1-4). This is exactly where the idea for Dipati came from, Since i first played it in elementary school, the NES Rockman really had a great influence in my life. I'm a really big fan of NES Rockman, too bad the later versions sucks big time (which is why when they plan to release Rockman 9 in the Next-Gen systems in NES graphics, i was so happy that i almost fainted).
